It is way too much for 3rd printing and no assembly done. I actually gave up and used my cheap amazon one. (DisplayBracket.com response: Sorry for the headache. If you have an issue next time please call or facetime for support. You can also return the item if needed. PLEASE NOTE: We shipped this item the way we get it from RAM Mount. Also, it is NOT 3D PRINTED.)
