The phone holder is spring loaded and is easy to install and remove your phone with one hand. This setup uses a 1" (B-Size) ball. Some assembly required.
The high-strength spring loaded cradle will hold a phone up to 5.75"-7.25" tall and no limit to the width. Depth is limited to 0.72".

Spring tight
The spring is just little to tight, when I have it on a long arm I have to use 2 hands to get phone out
